Country Homestead at Black Sheep Farm is a boutique Bed and Breakfast on a coastal farmlet. The 3 guest Suites are located on the 1st floor of the elegant, family homestead, located on 20 acres of elevated rolling pasture and native forest. The Black Sheep Farm is perfectly situated midway between Auckland and the Bay of Islands on the scenic Twin Coast Discovery on the East Coast. It is beautifully positioned between the stunning white sandy beaches of Waipu Cove and Langs Beach which are approximately 1 kilometre away. The accommodation is the unit on the ground floor of our two story house it is 73sq metres.
It is a modern and spacious and has 2 bedrooms, Sleeps 4 people, two queen beds
Self catering
The unit has wrap around decks overlooking our garden with a lovely out look There is a BBQ available and an out door fire. Also two kayaks for your use.
We are adjacent to the historic Waipu Cemetery. The Waipu river is a very short walk through our garden where you can sit in a park like area, read a book or watch the amazing bird life, the river in tidal, an hour either side of the tide is great for swimming
