We are a paddock to plate producer of award winning goat cheese made exclusively from the milk of our small herd of Anglo Nubian goats in Waipu for Waipu and our visitors.
Belle Chèvre; French translation: Beautiful Goat. We farm traditionally, not intensively. Our goats roam free, choosing their own food from a variety of pasture, trees and shrubs on the farm.
